A. Yes but it does depend on which part of London you live. Generally if you are south of the river we can provide onsite computer repair services to you.
Q. I have a small business located in London. Can I still use your onsite computer repair services?
A. We may still be able to provide onsite support to you but please call us to discuss your requirements.
Q. I don't have an internet connection. Can I still get Remote PC Support?
A. No. Unfortunately you do need an internet connection to use our remote support service. However we can try and help you over the phone or onsite if you live in one of the towns listed on the home page.
Q. I need a computer repair. How quickly can you be on site?
A. It really depends on your location. As we are based in Caterham we can be in Couisdon, Chipstead, Whyteleafe, Chaldon, Purley, Godstone, Redhill or Reigate within about 15 minutes. Croydon, Epsom, Banstead, Cobham, Sutton, Dorking and Tadworth are all within 30 minutes and we go as far afield as Guildford, Woking, Weybridge, Haywards Heath, Bromley and Horsham for some customers.
Q. I am interested in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Services but I've heard it is very expensive. How much does it cost?
A. Really you can cut your cloth to suit your needs. Simple optimisation steps don't take too long to carry out and our rates are very competitive.
